Michelin “Track Day” Promotion 2024 Terms and Conditions

1. The Michelin “Track Day” Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is open to all retail consumers who are UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the creation and administration of this Promotion.

2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and condiotions, and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a discount to anyone in breach of these terms.

3. Internet access required. Purchase necessary and copy of purchase invoice required. To qualify for the Promotion, and to receive a £40 Michelin discount off one of the two options of the dated Track days in Section 12, claimants must purchase a pair of Michelin tyres listed in Section 4 in one transaction between 1st May 2024 and 31st May 2024 from a participating dealer. Online tyre purchases are not eligible for this promotion.

4. Eligible tyres: MICHELIN Power GP2, MICHELIN Power Slick 2 or MICHELIN Power Cup 2.

5. Promotion only available at participating tyre dealers. A list of participating dealers can be found at https://www.michelin.co.uk/promotions-michelin If claimants are in doubt, please ask your tyre dealer in advance if your purchase will qualify for this promotion.

6. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 31st May 2024.

7. Claims must be made by emailing ukmarketing@michelin.com a clear, and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. Claimants must also supply their full name and email address or contact telephone number and these details will be used by the Promoter only in accordance with Michelin Tyre Plc Data Protection and Privacy policies which can be found below.

8. Only one claim per Motorcycle is permitted. Entry into this Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.

9. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate, and where necessary, dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In order to satisfy itself that the claim is legitimate the Promoter shall review the claim information including but not limited to the claimant’s name, email address, vehicle registration number, IP location, and any other information deemed necessary by the Promoter to ascertain that the Claimant is complying with these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final.

10. All personal data collected for administration of this promotion shall not be retained by the Promoter and will be destroyed securely following the closing date of the Promotion.

11. We will endeavour to process your claim as quickly as possible, but please allow 5 working days to process your claim. Successful claims will be emailed a unique code to use to claim the £40 discount off one of the two Track days listed in section 12.

12. The Michelin £40 discount off a ‘No LimitsTrack day’ is only available to the following two Track days - Dates: 23rd July 2024 Donington Park “noisy day” and 28th August 2024 Brands Hatch GP. There are only 40 places available. https://www.nolimitstrackdays.com

13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

15. The Promoter excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion.

16. These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer, we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
